Well to help you out with your dilemna wider tires come in 16s than in 15s. I'm about to try out a new setup next year with 16s front and 15s out back.

The overall grip should out weigh the increased mass.

so for the strip it shouldn't hurt me much but in autoxing i would want to keep the 15's?

In autox, you'll be bumped up into a different class if you run larger diameter than stock wheels.

Actually it's larger diameter and any other width besides stock.

if u want to keep it 15...(psst get 16s the extra traction lets u handle more g's ...better handling) id get better built rims...dont some places not allow rotas? and also someone had that pic of that broken rota...
