nice Jae, keep it up. I've mostly been doing pushups lately. I need to get back to lifting again and trying to bulk some more. Also was eating like crap the last 3 weeks, but I'm on day 4 of eating better. h:

high protein diets like atkins can constipate u, cause muscle weakness and memory problems.. need a good mix of all the food groups to lose wt..lots of water is lost on atkins..the size of protein molecules can be hard on the kidneys..
