:werd: Although I think you can do an easier diet than that and still lose weight. Try apples dipped in PB for a snack, a cereal like Special K for breakfast.

Yeah I agree. His diet is pretty extreme and the more extreme it is the more likely he will be to cheat and wind up not losing any weight at all.

lets see if i can reiterate my nutrition class info properly.

carbs - main bulk of kCal for normal body function.
fats - secondary
protein - hardly

reduce your fats, slightly reduce carbs (6-11 serving of grains n shit / day is recommended!!!), and perhaps up your protein.
