Default First day

Well along with working out im now going to be dieting
Im going to be doing the no/low carb diet...i know im going to feel drained for the first 2 weeks but it'll all be worth it.

Here's my Eating schedule today

0800hours.....Egg sandwich made with 2 eggs minus 1 yoke.

1015hours...Hard boiled egg minus the yoke

1230hours...Salad with fat free ranch dressing

1415hours....Hard boiled egg minus the yoke

2000hours.... Protein shake and Baked chicken

Rinse wash and repeat for the rest of the week. :wtc: This is going to be rough but i have faith in myself. The only thing i gotta be cautious about is my weekends.

that's ROUGH. I kept up a fat free diet for 6 weeks, and it worked out well ... then I had Hooters wings ... and all fat broke loose. :wtc:

You won't get defined. You'll get stronger, you'll get larger, but you'll still look soft.

Hi Jae, don't cut out carbs totally. That is one of the worst things you can do. Also a problem with these low/no carb diets is that once you start having carbs again you put back the weight very quickly.

exercise bike is key Jae. Great cardio workout for those who can't run because of back or knee problems like you and me.
