thus begins Day 1...
in an effort to save money, I'm going to try and quit cigarettes......again. i smoked my last one @ 6:23pm last evening and so far so good. sometimes i start to reach for my lighter but then i remember i don't have any cigs to smoke.
big exam on friday....so hopefully i wont breakdown, but i probably will.

i can see it now...tonight i'll be sitting in here studying and getting frustrated, then SNAP! i run out the door lighter in one hand, $5 bill in the other to the convenience store down the street.
i unconsciously go in and ask for a pack of Camel Turkish Jade Lights and before he can even count out my change i'm already smoking one.
then i'll get back to my place and then feel really guilty about the acts i have committed.

Be strong man, you can do it! Just set up some sort of reward for yourself for each week you go without smoking. It could even be just as simple as goin to blockbuster and renting a movie... idk, but some sort of concrete reward definatly helps in situations like this. (Sorry if i sound like an arrogent ass.... my dad is a PhD psychologist and among other things that he specializes in, he can helps people quit smoking.
my reward for not smoking would be to get drunk.. but then i want to smoke a cigarette..
h:
i found that when i smoke weed, i dont smoke cigarettes anymore. but weed is so much more expensive and i get fucking stupid
