I didnt think there was tie breakers. If they end up with the same record there is a playoff game

This is going to suck because Sunday is looking to be a pivital game and I will be at Gillette Stadium for the Patriots - Chargers (only game I will see in person this year) and will spend the whole time watching the Sox - Yankees on TV...along with everyone else that will be there.

I did the same thing a few years ago at the Islander's Home Opener. It was such an important playoff game that inbetween time-outs they would announce the Yankee score :reechy:

If the Indians and Redsox have the same record, then there's a 1 game playoff.

Yea they just explained how it is set up on a sports talk radio show, If both teams in teh same division are tied and both will make the playoffs they will go based on tiebreakers, but if the are both not assured of a playoffs spot then there will be a playoffs game
