BTW, it isn't because they are black, it is because they are Democrats. Shit Cindy Sheehan is as WASPy as they get, and he personally shot her son, and would only meet with her to talk about it one time, just because she is a Democrat

That has to be the dumbest shit I've heard or seen all day, and I've been dealing with morons all day.

If they were too poor, or stupid to leave, they should have taken some minimal steps. Keep a few gallons of water handy, maybe some cans of tuna fish or jars of peanut butter, whatever. If you live in Cali, look in your phone book. There is something in there regarding what you should have, just in case an earthquake hits and your lights are out for a few days. Sure, this is a tragic situation, but by no means is it the responsibiity of the president. You may hate him, but he has plenty on his plate already. Some might say, but he has been on vacation for a month. My response to this would be, "If you honestly believe that the President of the United States of America takes a month completely off from work, I have some property to sell you in Mississippi."
Well you have no justice to say such things. Obviously the mayor of NO and the Govenor of Loisiana told people to get out, but remember two years ago when they said the same thing would happen? Everyone evacuated and then got pissed when they all evacuated for nothing. They go through this every year and who's to say they will evacuate no problem, even after the false call two years ago. And the people who are stuck there now are not just poor, they'r po'.. meaning they couldn't leave or save many resources.

he is saying the same sarcastic b.s. that the bush haters say except he is looking at it from the other side. i dont see how he is any less justified than nightshade?

people tend to forget that bush isnt an almighty dictator or a king. he cant just decide what to do and what not to do.

and if he had acted immediately, he would have been accused of undermining the LA state and local gov'ts.

Absolutely no one person is to blame for today's big problems. Only an idiot would think otherwise.

I hope that one day people wont be able to make millions just by spouting off something controversial. I believe it makes a pretty bad statement about our society that this kind of thing can happen.
