my eating habits suck.
normally is pizza or drive thru meals.... last nites dinner was a pint of ben & jerry's fossil fuel

im scared :nervous: i gotta clean up my act.
its normally not like this but right now my house is sans kitchen.... and since im working on one project or another every nite, i dont get finished til late and i just want something fast and easy.... cant wait to have a kitchen again

sounds like me. i had cereal for dinner last, nothing at all the night before. either i forget to eat, or i'm too lazy to go get something, and i never have food in the kitchen to eat. i definitely need to eat better, but it's so much work.
James, as soon as you get that kitchen put in you need to get back on track. For now I guess there isn't much you can do really, unless maybe you grill some chicken outside on the bbq. One thing that can help a little is bringing your lunch to work so atleast you can have a healthy lunch as eat a healthy breakfast. Then only one meal a day will not be healthy and you will have less ill effects.

yeah we are kinda burnt out on grilled food too
h:i dont eat breakfast and for lunch, i USUALLY go home and have a decent meal but sometimes get some carry out or drive-thru.
but dont worry, im not holding onto the calories, i work up a serious sweat (but dont worry, i rehydrate with beer) sanding down joint compound, insulating, doing floors, etc.... ive probably lost fat & gained muscle from these projects...
I'm scared too....I'm only 21 and I eat really healthy but I think my metabolism is already shit. I take in around 1200-1500 calories a day and I am normal build. I'm not fat, but I don't have abs. I'm like 5'7" and 160lbs. If my metabolism slows any more I wont be able to eat.
Who am I kidding I'll still eat....I'll just be fat :sad:
