James, as soon as you get that kitchen put in you need to get back on track. For now I guess there isn't much you can do really, unless maybe you grill some chicken outside on the bbq. One thing that can help a little is bringing your lunch to work so atleast you can have a healthy lunch as eat a healthy breakfast. Then only one meal a day will not be healthy and you will have less ill effects.
yeah we are kinda burnt out on grilled food too

i dont eat breakfast and for lunch, i USUALLY go home and have a decent meal but sometimes get some carry out or drive-thru.
but dont worry, im not holding onto the calories, i work up a serious sweat (but dont worry, i rehydrate with beer) sanding down joint compound, insulating, doing floors, etc.... ive probably lost fat & gained muscle from these projects...
