you guys should buy yourselves some cookbooks, really.
get something spicy like thai, or get something like italian or whatever floats your boat, but stay away from fast food. After you make yourself a satisfying meal, youl be happy. Try and eat 3 meals a day, dont skip breakfast and then pig out later in the evening, youl get fat.

id like to cook something good but its not too easy with a dorm fridge and microwave the size of a friggin 6 pack!

h:its all about how much you eat, and what you eat. it also helps if you do some cardio about 3-4 times a week. I haven't made any drastic changes, I can still eat foods I normally eat but I just don't eat the nasty stuff as often. the killer is the in between meals like eating chips and other snack foods. if you can grab for some fruits or nuts instead that will help big time. you can still have a nice juicy steak for dinner with mashed potatoes just watch the inbetween meals.
