not true, how do you explain me being able to lose over 50lbs? and I'm 28

its all about how much you eat, and what you eat. it also helps if you do some cardio about 3-4 times a week. I haven't made any drastic changes, I can still eat foods I normally eat but I just don't eat the nasty stuff as often. the killer is the in between meals like eating chips and other snack foods. if you can grab for some fruits or nuts instead that will help big time. you can still have a nice juicy steak for dinner with mashed potatoes just watch the inbetween meals.
