Work Pet Peeves
coolest job i've ever seen someone do is work at a headshop. (import tobaccos, fine smokes, and other stuff, etc.)
Basically, you meet a shit load of people with same interests as you. i.e. porn, smoking fine tobaccos/hookahs, renting games / old movies / underground movies, etc. It seems like a cool job, because every time i've gone up there whoever's been working either smokes hookahs with us or plays xbox with us.
my pet peeves are people that are too big to fit into tight spaces with many people. there's a guy here who has to go around every now and then and clean shit up, but he is way too big and gets in the way and is annoying abot tons of things.

basically you'd outsource your entire internal purchasing group and can even outsource parts of your AP department (saving you money with lower headcounts).

Yeah, I definitely know the qualms that title companies have and honestly they do the most work of anyone in this field. However, just small stuff like not having the HUD ready even at the closing is just really annoying...........or when they dont' cut checks to the different payoffs in time and then appraisers or whatever come knocking on our door thinking its our fault they aren't paid yet when we have no control over the dispursement of funds.

Funds can only be dispursed from escrow once the deed has been recorded with the respective county...which is what my job is.
It's definitely a domino effect. Everyone ties into it and has their thing to bitch about.
