you are using an online pcard software through insight...our web based procurement application allows individual users to search through our 1000 manufacturer+ IT catalog or a controlled customer designed catalog with laptop/pc approved configs, select products and complete a purchase order(s) - those orders go through an automated and customized approval workflow - upon approval the order is sent Internet to our purchasing department - you can track shipping and status - we can do delivery or have equipment configured/staged/imaged at our warehouse and then delivered to the person who ordered it. You can then get standard or customized reports including cost center information and we also can offer leasing and other IT services to go along with it (all without you having to step into the process)

basically you'd outsource your entire internal purchasing group and can even outsource parts of your AP department (saving you money with lower headcounts).
