Work Pet Peeves
I work for a defense contractor and i hate when customers send completely untrained people out of the country with untested half-working equipment and expect me to teach them how to troubleshoot and work this satellite sytem over the phone.

A/P eh? My A/P department loves me, I've got the biggest Procurement Card in the company, even more than the VP's. I just hate having the responsibility for everything. I usually put about 200-250k on it every month but have gone up to 1,000,000 before when ordering a large number of laptops.
Sometimes I wonder if they think I'm stealing from the company when I drive the Z in.
h:On a side note...I do hate re-classing charges every month on the 21st. What sucks more is if vendors can't provide me an invoice and I have to dispute the charges.

back to the point - my pet peeve is someone promising something by a certain time and they can't deliver - even worse is they didn't even start it by then
just looking around at the people I work with. There's this one lady who is in the poorest physical health ... she hobbles around and complains of pain all the time, she's only 44. Okay, I would feel bad but ...
she butters her toast before making a sandwich.
talks about going to the grocery store for ice cream 3 times a week.
she has a 12oz coffee with 8 sugars and 4 creams
and eats fun sized candy bars all day long.
She doesn't take care of herself, but can't put a finger on why she's not feeling good.
