well first year of property tax you can roll into the mortgage but you will pay interest on it. me and my gf we hate paying interest so we just paid it. $7k.

I sold my house and moved to be on my own, i had 0 furniture. You can sleep on the floor, its worth it to own your own place.

Or just buy a house and have your friends pay to live in your house
Good to see lots of people saving up for a downpayment on houses...........1 thing though is if you can put 20% down it is extremely easy to get the rest of it financed. Even if you aren't putting any money down its not too bad, just gotta make sure you can handle the payments on a 2nd mortgage...........

20% down? I put down more than 50% only way to go. Lending places were begging us to go with them
