yeah, when it comes to furnishing the house, i have stuff, but not alot. i got a nice tv. that will stay for sure. i have a fridge, but i will want a new one. i have a couch, but will want a new one. have bed, but want new one. too much stuff to buy when it's time for house!! and gotta have enough money for insurance and taxes
well first year of property tax you can roll into the mortgage but you will pay interest on it. me and my gf we hate paying interest so we just paid it. $7k.
