Renting out my apartment and got a new house. Renting my 3 bedroom apartment for only $850 which is dirt cheap here, and got my house for $195K, Mortgage is $1,350/mo. I basically have no savings only less than 1k. I just got promoted again so maybe the money will come in alot more I mean it has to, my title now is Operations Manager for North America and Japan.
