Default Workout Crew, got a question for ya's.

You guys use any supplements? I do Martial Arts, so I've got the cardiovascular part down, and I will start lifting weights within the next week. I've got kinda small frame. I'm looking for something that will help produce muscle. Any suggestions/comments are welcome. Thanks guys.

Yeah. I mix two scoops (double serving) of vanilla powder with OJ...tastes awesome. I feel like I recover faster and have more energy than when off the protein.

Weight training isn't the greatest way to keep your flexibility if you are into martial arts.

professional bodybuilders are some of the most flexible people. the amount of muscle mass has no effect on flexibility.

It's not the amount of muscle, actually. It's the type of muscle. Weight training tends to create short muscle fibers which aren't great for flexibility.
