How is everyone getting along?

Programs going as planned?

I am working on getting some more defintion right now so I can take my shirt off without feeling embarassed during the summer with the lake and all...

I quit lifting weights during the summer... Don't have the time... I get enough work-out w/ my job anyhoo...

My workout routine is going well. I have started your eating plan as well and I am really seing the differences. I stll haven't been able to wake up early to do cardio before work though. Once I can get to that step I think I will be set.

14 hours a day at work has left me a little tired. Gym time has been coverted into sleep time so I dont die

falling behind due to work and increased social activities. h:

good news, i've cut my calories intake to about 1,200 a day with a, near, fat free diet.

a large bowl of Corn Flakes with skim milk for breakfast and lunch. something with chicken or pasta round dinner time. i'm having a hard time cleaning up my pop addiction, so i switched to "sparkling" flavored water from Wal-Mart. :happysad:
