boulder is nearing norcal/bay area in terms of property values... little bitty 60's 2-3BR ranches go for ~400k in my neighborhood. Of course, drive 20 minutes out of boulder and the same house is $150k.

thats the main fireplace...the pellet stove, the one in the fire place and the one in the basement is where u just turn it on and off...set the temp. u want and it turns on...no wood or anything...warms up pretty good and fast
