that house is maybe what... 200k? something like that here in SF area would be over 1 million.

200k...are u kidding me...way more than that...we had it looked at....and priced, cuz we were thinking bout moving..it was priced at over 600k ..theres more to the house...heres the back..plus its pretty much lakefront, the beach is right down the road...
