we're in a private gated community so the prices are a little higher...the house down the road..which u can see in the pics, is going for 600k and its smaller than mine, but its right ON the lake

thats the main fireplace...the pellet stove, the one in the fire place and the one in the basement is where u just turn it on and off...set the temp. u want and it turns on...no wood or anything...warms up pretty good and fast
