I would personally do mustard and pickles. Less calories than ketchup and more flavor... but I like weird tastes
Just got done with my workout.... A song that I was listening to while working out pretty much explains how I feel right now....

im finnaly back on my work out schedule... work an everything else been in the way but i finaly got around to making a schedule and fitting it in. 180 lb. right now and target weight 200 here i come!
Did my workout earlier. Then had a steak and corn on the cob. :rick:
