Just got done with my workout.... A song that I was listening to while working out pretty much explains how I feel right now....

"I'm becoming more than a man, more than you ever were"

In about an hour I will return to my regular half-subdued work induced state, but till then, I feel like I could take on the world.

im finnaly back on my work out schedule... work an everything else been in the way but i finaly got around to making a schedule and fitting it in. 180 lb. right now and target weight 200 here i come!

did bench, rows, shoulder press, lat pulldowns, tri extensions, pullups, and dips today.

and a lot of conditioning.

then drank some weight gainer and ate a salmon


****!! i still can't be 200 lbs steady i'm always 196 in the morning and 199 at night.
