that's impressive. What have you been doing for cardio? Also what has your eating routine been like?

thanks! I've been using the eliptical machine that you also have to use your arms. The cross country simulator. I've been doing about 30min and I've been doing it 3-5 times a week. As for eating, I've really cut back on portion size. I make sure not to snack between meals, and really watch what type of food I eat. I don't eat anything fried anymore, and I drink a ton of water. The things that used to kill me were having something to eat before dinner, and stuff after dinner. It was all little stuff that added up. I've cut back big time on my sugar intake. I use artifical sweetners in my coffee now and that has helped. Also at work someone always brings in some sort of food and I never touch the stuff. I think for a month straight someone had something to share with everyone in the office. Its all about willpower.

Good job man, thats really impressive. The workout aspect is no sweat for me. I could do cardio for an hour a day every day if thats what would make me lean...but the diet is killer. Especially since eating right/healthy is kind of expensive and I don't have much money to spend on a good diet.

That is really great and shows your dedication. My schedule is always so hectic. I really need to just sit down and make a set time to workout so i make sure I always get a workout in as well as make time to make lunch instead of buying the crap they have in the cafeteria at work. Lunch is my main killer

yeah isn't it amazing how much more expensive it is to get healthy food then it is to get fast food and junk food. It seems to cost double the amount to eat healthy and you are eating less food.

bring a bag lunch every day. it saves you a ton of cash and it will be healthier. I have a few carrots, a sandwich(like lean roastbeef with some ketchup), and some grapes. thats it till dinner, and if I get hungry I drink some water.

lunch meats are pretty cheap, and so are fruits and veggies.
