The Monday before last I did 235x5 for deadlift too after 235x5 for squat. My squats were pretty sketchy though and I didn't feel strong doing them.

I haven't worked out for a week and a half now since I've been sick. I'll just take a full 2 weeks off and give some kind of HST type program a shot though. I'm a scrawny foo...

i think i'm going too low for my squats. my right knee hurts . oh well.

I got some great news from the Doc yesterday. I had my physical and my cholesterol came back awesome. One of the best they had all week in their office. Thats some serious positive reinforcement to keep up the working out and eating healthy. Any of you guys have a physical done lately?

thanks. he was really psyched at how much I've lost in such a short amount of time. I'm going to try to take off another 10lbs if I can. I haven't hit a wall, I keep on losing so I'm going to keep going. I look pretty good now, I think I could look real good minus another 10.

you know its funny, but getting mono started my weight loss.(back in october) the doctor told me to lose some weight and I just went with it. THANKS MONO!
