The Monday before last I did 235x5 for deadlift too after 235x5 for squat. My squats were pretty sketchy though and I didn't feel strong doing them.
I haven't worked out for a week and a half now since I've been sick.

I'll just take a full 2 weeks off and give some kind of HST type program a shot though. I'm a scrawny foo...
