did bench, rows, shoulder press, lat pulldowns, tri extensions, pullups, and dips today.
and a lot of conditioning.
then drank some weight gainer and ate a salmon
****!! i still can't be 200 lbs steady
i'm always 196 in the morning and 199 at night.
