Default Dealing with secrets when shit hits the fan

So I've had some things hit the fan majorly, I mean I can't get any of this stuff off my mind and it's really killing me here.

Umm ok so I am dropped 2 big bombs awhile back, why I was chosen to be told these I have no clue but the person made me swear to not tell her family. The first bomb was that this guy her sis was talking to messed around with her and she was like 13, she said he just made out with her and felt her up. I was like ummm you need to tell your sister instantly and she kept saying no cause she was afraid of her sister. So then I started talking to her to try to help her realize it wasn't her fault and what not.

Then after she starts coming around on that with some positive progress, she says she has more to tell on something else. I kept asking her why she doesn't enjoy soccer so much and that she should use her talent at the sport to get places, cause she has something colleges would want. Anyway she then drops that one day her coach took her home cause her parents couldn't be reached, and it was hailing or some crap. So they were waiting in his car for the storm to be passed, and then he starts tickling her and next thing she knows he's making out with her. She then runs into the house or whatever, and what's freaking wierd is that she is able to face this guy almost daily since he is her club soccer coach. The girl is only 15, and well since I was the one that was informed I didn't want to be all "have fun with that" I felt like since she opened up to me that it was kinda my duty to make sure she is ok and doing better. I probally made the wrong move there cause well what has happened now is so shitty.

So anyway I've just been listening to her talk about things and whatnot and just trying to do my best to turn those into something she doesn't constantly have in her head and worry about to much. IDK well anyway I'm super close with her older sister, she helped me out when I got kicked out of school and is one of my closet friends. Now she and her mother see in a phone bill that her little sister is calling me up alot and she pretty much cuts me off. Which is understandable you know, cause I would make the same assumption there about me trying to get with her little sister.

So I emailed her with just a little truth about how I was just trying to help her sis out cause she is messing up in school and not doing work and failing class and that nothing ever happened. Cause nothing has ever happened in that way nor will it. Anyway her older sis says that I need to stop thinking she is dumb cause I took so long to send an email explaining what I said. When in reality I was thinking wether to tell her older sister these things or not. I have seemed to wreck this family, cause now the older sister and mom pretty much outkasted the little sister for ignoring them and talking to me or something. So here is the dilimea, and it's seriously ****ing killing me up inside.

Should I tell the older sister these things, or like tell her that she needs to ask her little sister the real reason she hates soccer, and hates her club team and never wants to play again? IDK how I could explain the other one :-/ Or just keep my mouth shut cause I said I would not tell the older sister because the little sister is afraid that she will be ridiculed by her older sis? What should I do? I have been drinking myself stupid cause it's just ****ing me up inside cause I don't want anybody being this pissed at me. I feel so shitty knowing that right now this whole thing has ruined a good family as far as trust goes. **** I don't know, I'm just gonna go drive around aimlessly and come back home and try to sleep which hasn't been working.

woah that was tough to read but i think i got the story.

if i was you, i would invite the older sister over and tell her you need to talk to her about something very important and tell her what is going on. it definately needs to be brought out in the open to prevent it from going farther.

Someone definitely needs to be told about this. I mean, I know it was something told to you in confidence by the kid, but this is pretty self destructive stuff if someone in her family doesn't talk about it with her. I mean, some people really do take a nosedive after stuff like this happens to them.

Is the dad not in the picture? In any case, I'd suggest talking to the mom and not the sister. It's better to let her mom know the story so at the very least someone can talk to the kid. It'd be a small price to pay, having the sis mad at you, to make sure the youngin turns out alright.

yeah good point. not to mention she's 15. she is too young to understand the problems this can cause. she came to you, so obviously it is ****ing her up inside already.

Def. clear the shit up between you and the big sis. These problems need to be known before the little sis gets herself hurt or worse. Tell the big sis, cause then you will have more support and things won't be all cluster fvcked.

If the soccer coach put his hands on the 15 year old girl, you need to call the police.

bro, tell someone cuz if she is emotionally unstable now, when she gets older she may screw up more. she needs to atleast get some counseling on these issues.

why can't ppl stick with their own age and let the kids grow up normal. that sheet pisses me off.
