If that is the case then the authorities will figure it all out and the decision will be made. Either way it needs to be reported accordingly.

Just to put it out there though, he should have never put himself in a situation where charges of impropriety could be raised

yeh, but it is her word agaisnt his, and his life could be royally ****ed, sex offender list, jail time, just cause the jury wants to believe a girl that might not be innocent.

i say bring her to the police dept and see if she breaks down, i dunno, suttin rubs me the wrong way here. i smell something fishy.
