About 2 years ago, I was 240. That was the biggest I've ever gotten. I got a membership at 24 hour fitness and then worked out for like 2 months and got down to like 200. I then got lazy and didn't really work out for 10 months. I recently just started again. :happysad:

thats not too bad. i'm 6' and i want to be 220 lbs.

I some times eat oatmeal post workouts, it may be gross plain, but my dad buys those little artificial sugar products. It really makes the oatmeal taste ALOT better and it doesn't add any of the bad that sugar adds. You should try adding it. Oatmeal is really good for you dont let the bad taste discourage you from eating it.
