when i have time for a good breakfast:

bacon, oatmeal, egg whites (hard boiled), usually a bagel, oj, milk, and sometimes toast.


when i dont have time:

bagel, oj, protein bar.

I'll usually eat anything. When I try to be conscious of what I'm eating, it'll often be plain oatmeal with chocolate flavored whey mixed in, hardboiled eggs, cottage cheese, etc. :yum:

today I ate a grilled cheese sandwich...since I was working and hurriedly eating.
tomorrow I think I'm gonna eat a bowl of grits (not instant, real grits)

I some times eat oatmeal post workouts, it may be gross plain, but my dad buys those little artificial sugar products. It really makes the oatmeal taste ALOT better and it doesn't add any of the bad that sugar adds. You should try adding it. Oatmeal is really good for you dont let the bad taste discourage you from eating it.

It doesn't discourage me from eating it. Even though it tastes super bad, I'm still going to eat it. I think I have the will power. I'm going to eat my oatmeal like a man. h:

Not all people feel that way. I eat a bowl of sugary oatmeal, fruit, 2 glasses of milk for breakfast, right before my workout. EAS MR shake after workout (50g of protein, some carbs, fiber, fat, vitamins/minerals). ~3 hrs later comes lunch. Then two more meals. But I'm trying to bulk right now, so I'm eating a little heavier than usual.

Got to the gym at 5:30 this mornin, did cardio for an hour and fifteen min. I normaly eat Cheerios with skim milk and a cup of coffee, no suger (hate suger in my coffee) and some skim.
