Not all people feel that way. I eat a bowl of sugary oatmeal, fruit, 2 glasses of milk for breakfast, right before my workout. EAS MR shake after workout (50g of protein, some carbs, fiber, fat, vitamins/minerals). ~3 hrs later comes lunch. Then two more meals. But I'm trying to bulk right now, so I'm eating a little heavier than usual.
