I disagree. Using them and working them out are two completely different things. Abs are muscles just like everything else, and they need a day of rest in between workouts to rebuild...so do legs....every other day work them out.

it'll fall off. :eek3: But seriously...i know someone personally who had sex so much in the beginning of a relationship that it wore him out and he couldnt get it up for a week. no lie. h:

It depends on your goals, do you want to get big, or toned? Probably toned, so I would say low resistance, high rep work out, with some type of cardio every day. Alternate days for muscle groups to allow for recovery.

like i said in the begining, im not looking to lose weight. My weight is at peak condition right now, i eat healthy and wat not, i just wanna tone my stomach abs and arms and legs. I run everyday and wat not, but i just wasnt sure like for my abs and arms how much i should work out and stuff..but thanks for the input

Swimming = awesome cardio, works many diff. muscle groups.

I swim for about 20-30 mins. after every workout.
