It depends on your goals, do you want to get big, or toned? Probably toned, so I would say low resistance, high rep work out, with some type of cardio every day. Alternate days for muscle groups to allow for recovery.

i kno toning abs is hard work...and takes time...i just wanna tone..nothing major...im half toned, just wanna finish them off
