like i said in the begining, im not looking to lose weight. My weight is at peak condition right now, i eat healthy and wat not, i just wanna tone my stomach abs and arms and legs. I run everyday and wat not, but i just wasnt sure like for my abs and arms how much i should work out and stuff..but thanks for the input
