As for the asthma attack yea i guess i got an asthma attack like for 2 weeks straight!! it really sucked, it made me soo tired i diddnt even wanna leave my room after walkin like 100 yrds, total weaksause.

well, i had my tests done a looooooooooong time ago...about 12 years ago...and they used this little plastic pokey thing and "pricked" your arm. it had 3 little points on it and they just sort of poked me a little. I got 23 in each forearm, and 4 regular shots in each arm. Out of all of those, i was allergic to 56 of them. :happysad:

..and you shouldve went to the Dr or hospital during that time when you felt like that. You probably didnt have a full blown attack, but still...

Yea the thing is i didnt know it was an asthma attack. and yea it happen every time so i figured i could hold off until i made it to the doc. Plus i'm like 40 mins from anything close to medical service since i'm like 5 hours away from my regular doctors. Sucks ass cause i have to wait for referrals and approval before i do anything. I mean i can go to any ER but yea thats just expensive if i know i can make it without going. But yea glad i'm doing better now. Hopefully i can have a cardiologist see me here too.

edit: damn 56!! I dont think i'm allergic to too many things. But i did start getting allergies last summer for the 1st time evar. i'm skured of needles so we'll see how that goes.

Do you react to it right away?

How much one of them things cost? I might want to do it.

dont know the cost but uhh i think u can go through ur insurance such as kaiser, just make an appt to get an alergy test or make an appt with ur regular doc and tell them you've been gettin alergies and wanna see what u are alergic to.

I think your skin reacts to whatever they give u by turnin read in that lil area...if u arent alergic then its just like getting a normal shot i think...i' guessin ur skin will react like when u get a TB test? something similar.

They number each spot that they "prick" on your arm and have a list of what is what. If you're allergic to it, it'll itch, swell up and turn red.

I think i had to sit there for like a half hour or something...and if you have insurance it might cover it.
