Oh and by the way, most realtors are douche bags...atleast thats what my mom says.

You CAN be a 60 year old massage therapist...but that's only if you don't start when you're 20 and do it FT for 40 years. h: If i start now and work FT, I'll either get out of it or develope arthiritis by the time im 25. :happysad:

I could introduce Lynn to someone, who has been a realtor in my area for 15+ years.

She found our perfect house for us and we would gladly have her sell our house and use her to purchase future homes. She is however, near the age where she wants to retire.

I'm starting to think my best bet is to move to Philly or SD.

the point with that was, this field is pretty laid back and u can do whatever u want because u only hurt yourself..........i love it and i think i have found what i want to do with the rest of my life.

It can be very disheartening to do something and work hard at it but feel like u are stuck in a dead end and not going anywhere. I know that feeling, and sometimes its a scary feeling as you are getting older and your friends are getting jobs and u aren't......yeah , that always sucks
That's exactly what's gettnig me down. Everyone that i graduated massage school with, as far as i know, is working..some before we even graduated. I cant understand why i'm struggling so bad.

And the fact that i cant even get hired in a stupid store at the stupid mall is even worse! I have retail and customer service experience...i know wtf to do! SO FUKING HIRE ME ALREADY! GODDAMNIT!!

:wtc:

I'm a basket case today h:

You have to work really hard to even make 70k annually. After you get yourself established however it becomes a lot easier, as you will build up a client base over time. If you are looking for something more stable I don't think this industry is right for you I get paid on a weekly basis and it is very inconsistent, depends on how much you close during the week. For example......

2 weeks ago my check for that week was 350 bucks
1 week ago my check was for 2300
last week it was for 450
This week I'm looking at maybe closing around the 3000 mark........its so inconsistant that it drives me crazy sometimes If you want more info feel free to IM me or send me an email at jmorey@greatlakesfin.com
