I just installed the ES master kit so I didn't get trailing arm bushings. I don't imagine they'd be fun but I'd guess the biggest problem is trying to manhandle the entire rear trailing arm itself to work on them.

I like steel nipples. How about greeaseable nipples. I love to see in a service manual "nipples need greased every 15k miles" or "hey, I got a new lower control arm" "oh yeah, do you have greaseable nipples." What a strange world we would live in.

prepare to kill your dremel and turn it in for warranty, and bring the second one within an inch of its life. Theres a whole lotta rubber that needs to be removed. I used every sort of chisel, grinder, torch, etc., and it still took me probably about 6 hours. Had I used the torch earlier, it woulda been easier, but I didn't want to start a fire on the patio of my apartment building.

:edit: oh and mine have been on for about 20 months and I haven't heard a peep. I soaked them in a bucket of axle grease before installing them.

Yep, bushings are definitely worth it, it helps the suspension do it's job. I wish I could easily purchase a "kit" for my car, since no one makes one for the 98-02 accord.

I also have 9 rubber bushings in the rear suspension, on each side

That's all I did to add mine? I just bought a dozen or so 1/8" (I think that's the size, smallest they had I believe) grease fittings and when I had the bushings out of the LCA's, I just drilled, chamfered and tapped the holes to install them. The ES bushing doesn't have an outer collar and the design actually would allow a grease fitting like mien to pump some grease between the two bushings halfs and hopefully spread everywhere. Like I said, I never actually tried to grease mine, my car was wrecked before I ever needed to. I did the shock and subframe connection on the front LCA as well.
