prepare to kill your dremel and turn it in for warranty, and bring the second one within an inch of its life. Theres a whole lotta rubber that needs to be removed. I used every sort of chisel, grinder, torch, etc., and it still took me probably about 6 hours. Had I used the torch earlier, it woulda been easier, but I didn't want to start a fire on the patio of my apartment building.

:edit: oh and mine have been on for about 20 months and I haven't heard a peep. I soaked them in a bucket of axle grease before installing them.
