That's all I did to add mine? I just bought a dozen or so 1/8" (I think that's the size, smallest they had I believe) grease fittings and when I had the bushings out of the LCA's, I just drilled, chamfered and tapped the holes to install them. The ES bushing doesn't have an outer collar and the design actually would allow a grease fitting like mien to pump some grease between the two bushings halfs and hopefully spread everywhere. Like I said, I never actually tried to grease mine, my car was wrecked before I ever needed to. I did the shock and subframe connection on the front LCA as well.
