Default Bushings, worth it?

I have a 2001 GSR. I am considering the Prothane Total Kit Polyurethan bushings? Anyone use them? What do you think of them?

I have the Energy Suspension bushings on my Teg. It made my ride a tad bit stiffer which is what I wanted anyways. I'd recommend them, BTW why post this in the basement and not the Integra forum. You would get better replies in the Integra forum.

It will really sharpen up your handling. Did it on the bug, have not gotten round to it on the teg

The only problem I hear is the rear control arm bushing binding if not properly greased ALL THE TIME. I have the ES bushing kit too and definitely a better improvement, but I might replace my RCA with a Mugen or OEM type.

If you're going to use polyurethane, grease it liberally or else you'll go deaf from all the squeaking.

is said bushing greasable? i cant imagine it binding anyway but once its installed, if it isnt equipped with a greasable fitting, this cant be true...

I greased my bushings once installed and that's it. Also I would have to disagree with greasing the bushings "All the time". I've been driving sixth months on Polyurethane bushings with no noise issues.

-Wurth lubricant spray is the shiznit.

I'm pretty sure civicsiracer has had his for a while longer than 6month. Also he autoxes so that probably effects it as well.
