How's the workout crew doing?
I'm doing really well now. I have mono and I was just cleared to go back to the gym. I've completly changed up my program. cardio 5x a week. and really low weights with really high reps. 3 sets of 20 for each muscle group. I've already lost 5lbs in my first week of my program. I'm looking to lose 30lbs, I'm going to be a rail when I can do that.
gone from weighing 267lbs in mid-September and benching about 165lbs (3 x 12reps), to weighing 243lbs and benching 205lbs (3 x 12 reps). That's working out about 3 times a week, and running about 2 miles three times a week.

Will, believe it or not, the best cure for asthma is fresh air. I had horrible asthma when I was a kid, so my mom took me out to live with my gramma in the province for a few months. Came back and never had an asthma attack since. 
Back on topic. I forced myself to work out tonight, since I slept on and off all day. I was able to do 2 sets, 3 reps each of my max bench which is 185. I put up 225, but that was with a little help.
