Default How's the workout crew doing?

I've cut down working out, and starting to run 6 miles a week. My elbows are killing me so I can't do much chest workout.

Not so good. I've been really busy lately and haven't worked out much in the past week. I wanted to start going during the day because when I go at night, I get home really late and start my day really late because of that. So I was supposed to go a couple hours ago, but I had a freelance job to do. :happysad: Whatever pays the bills, man.

It was going well a couple weeks ago though. My deadlift maxed out at 245 and I'm beginning to see some good definition on my back and chest. I do a lot of push-ups when I can't work out. I've also been swimming a lot and am pinching a lot less fat around my belly.

Edit: I might have to start going at 5:30-6am.

Its gotta be running or I lose my bet. I'm not doing it to get in shape, I'm doing it to spite my mother.

I rode seriously for the first time in 4 weeks on Sunday. I was doing great on the downhills, but the uphills were totally killing me. I am so out of shape.
