The only thing they were defending was their egos.
Maybe all of you guys think the manly thing to do when someone bruises your ego is to kick the other guy's ass. That's just stupid.
And no, I wasn't the kid that got bullied. I was the kid that beat up his little brother and kept getting in trouble for doing it.
I learned this lesson when I was probably 10 years old or younger. It amazes me that no one else here has.

Paying no attention is not taking it like a little bitch. Taking it like a little bitch means that your ego is bruised but you don't do anything about it. Paying no attention is not letting it bruise your ego. In the scheme of things, if I was an NBA player, why the hell would I care if some drunk asshole threw a beer at me? I would be getting paid millions of dollars to play a game. I would say to myself, this guy is just a dumb drunk asshole, and then I would hop into my hot car and drive home to my huge house and have sex with my trophy wife.
