And yes, if Bill Gates or a movie star got covered in beer, I would expect them to get even in some other way than throwing a punch. Bill Gates is a big pussy, I'm sure he'd be far more likely to place a call to his lawyer than jab someone in the face.

bullshit suspension for all pacers players...ESPECIALLY artest. stern is an idiot. that's pretty much all i have to say...cuz everyone here defending artest and the pacer's actions have pretty much summed up what i have to say too.

Not to mention, I am sure that most professional sports players have clauses in their contracts that talk about behavior. There is most likely some sort of clause that says they cannot attack the fans. Were the fans right? No. If I was in the crowd and a fan threw beer at me, would I be pissed? Yes. However, as a professional you need to restrain yourself because you are held on a higher level. That is why they have security and cops
