Will it have engine difficulties and the like? One thing that I hated about GT3 was the fact I could redline 1st the entire race and not have any bad things happend.

Good luck with that. From what I hear the reason for no body damage is due to the manufacturers not wanting to protray their cars in a bad light w/ body damage on the like. GT is a great series with depth and all for a racing game but I really can't get into it when I'm flying at 100+ mph and rocket my car right into a wall, only to have it bounce off like a bumper car w/o damage... just plain stupid.

As far as the original question goes regarding engine problems, I doubt it.

 

it's a video game. i for one like the no damage model that GT uses. Better no damage and more realistic physics than damage model and crappy physics.

 

If they make us do oil changes this time around... I just want to be able to do them in the middle of a championship. I always hated racing a cup and having my oil light go off after race 6 of 10

 

and losing like 5% hp! that part pissed me off! specially when you can barely edge out some of the faster cars.

 

Chage your damn oil, rooks!

 

this is if you start the championship right after you change the oil you nubbin :fawk:
