where do you propose one live if one does not rent?

it doesn't just come down to it being an investment. you need a place to live. rent goes towards providing shelter.

what would you do it you couldn't live at home with your parents? not rent and save money by living in your car? well at least you have pillows.

if you can't afford to buy a house and don't have the down payment then that person shouldn't pay rent right?

not sure i know anyone that doesnt have enuf money to put it down for a house or even a townhouse.

 

how about most people you don't know.

i know you're still a teenager and think that the world is only as you know it and you are at the center. but the real world is different.
