that sounds about right.

2bed/2bath apt here can be had for around $600/month.
$500/month in ghetto areas.

HORRRY SHAT 600/month for a 2bed/2bath is cheap i wish i could find that here in philly. Im paying $650 all utilities paid for a 1bdr/1bath and dats in da hood

you want ghetto? I was sharing an effieciency with a guy once (desperation h: ) and that was costing us $285 a month.

I've seen nicer 800sqft 1bed 1baths going for $800 but in cali, thats normal :dunno:

ouch. yeah in scottsdale, az, prices are like cali. my old boss was paying $1,400/month for a 2 bed apt, like 1,000 sq ft.

I can't imagine paying that kinda money for an apartment. doesn't make sense to me. :nono:

uh, no. not around here, for townhouses you do nto have to take care of the yardwork and you cannot change the color of your house (which is also maintained for you)
