My friend's lost 40 lbs in 3 months. Weight Watchers and going to the gym (but not very regularly, work ownz).

I do what everyone is recommending, do a lot of cardio. I'd also adjust your diet, that's the main key. if you not eating properly it will take even longer to take off the weight. I wouldn't recommend doing any supplements personally, do it naturally. if you do want a fat burner, Xendrine is a pretty decent product. it supresses your appittite, as well as speeding up your metabolism. are you drinking a ton of water? if not start drinking a gallon of water a day.

thanks i will look into xendrine and basically all i drink is water... should i go on a high protein diet and eat like all meats and eggs and chit? so my goal is to get to about 150 that should be good right? thanks

I went from 240 -fat, to 185 in a 3 month period.

I'm 200 lbs right now, bulked up more. Muscles are neat

don't worry about that Atkins crap. just eat a regular balanced meal with moderate portions. if your eating steak, have some veggies and maybe a patato. check out www.cbass.com there is a ton of on info on diet, lifting advice, and all sorts of motovational stuff.
