uhhhh... and this "EXHAUST ticket" news surprises you because......??? :eh: this shit has been around for awhile now. people bitchin about getting an exhaust ticket like its the end of the world doesnt make sense to me. just fight the damn thing if you know your rights. if you know your exhaust is illegal in terms of at least audible regulations, then stfu and pay the stupid ticket. thats part of the shit of fixing up the car...illegally. in my old integra and accord, whenever i got a ticket for being too low or exhaust too loud, i didnt like it, but i couldnt bitch at the cop cuz i knew it was against the set laws for cars. i knew the law stated that my headlights had to be at least 22in from the ground, and mine were at 20in... i knew it and i still did...and when i got the tickets, i had to pay them. i put on a stupid loud ass straight exhaust cuz i liked the way it sounded and the power it improved...but when i got tickets for it, again i didnt like it, but i dealt with it...and luckily i knew loopholes so i fought it and won it. be a man and deal with it. if you get pulled over and you know for a FACT that all the modifications comply with the law, then beat them using the law. bitching about fixit tickets that are obviously illegal anyway (no matter how trivial) is bullshit and for lil kids.

If I have something illegal on my car, or do something illegal that warrants me being pulled over, I have no problem with it. I don't see the logic that because I drive an import I'm more likely to have something illegal or stolen parts.

And BTW, I'm far from leftist.

No kidding....

It's all that great parenting going on nowadays; it's easier to sue and complain than to own up to your own screw ups.
