It comes on some cases with the front mount temperature readouts like mine, so... its just the probe for the cpu temperature. I doubt you have this on your case, mine was a 50 dollar p.o.s. that had too much stuff that didnt even work..

the little paper washers go under the screw, on TOP of the board. not underneath it. and the board should be fine just screwed into the bumps that stick out. if it doesn't fit right, then you use the lil copper extender screws.
