Opinions on the Mazda MX-3. I'm thinking about maybe getting one, not to mod per say but who knows. I've driven one a few times, the one in the pic actaully (No, it's not stock, swapped), and it's not too bad to drive, power is decent, handling is ok.

So yea, opinions on this thing?

oh man..my cousin had a 92 MX3 4-cylinder...had like 88hp :lmfao:

the V6 models were cool...i drove a classmate's and it felt reasonably peppy for a 1.8.

beware, there is little to no aftermarket support.

swap a rx7 motor in it and itll be great

 

I have a co-worker that is about to get his turbo'd. He really likes, although he is a dumb-ass...

oh, and I guess the engine in it is pretty similar to a Miata(for modding inquiries).. from what the dumbass says anyways.

My friend has had no problems with his Tirod.

The stock engine sucks, I know this.....he's got a 2.5L V6 in it now (from the MX-6/Probe). Know it has some balls.

I dunno.
